Hello and welcome to our building company.
We are a small family company based in Melbourne, Victoria. Our company has been operating since 1979 and is registered as both builders and designers, members of the MBAV and BDAV. Our principals are Sandra and Geoff Ashby. Building is a personal and emotional undertaking requiring trust in the ideas and abilities of both your builder and designer. From our initial consultation we nurture and respect this trust. We are receptive to your ideas. Each person has the right to live as they want, enjoy the comforts they desire and deserve the freedom of choice to build a uniquely different home. Working together with you as a team is the first step toward unique home design, by satisfaction we succeed.
SANDRA ASHBY Director.
Sandra is a qualified interior decorator who can assist with color selection, internal finishes and surfaces, art and furnishings. Sandra decorates all our beachLIFE “for sale” homes and provides that very important “woman’s perspective” to design.
GEOFF ASHBY Director.
Geoff is a qualified carpenter having served his apprenticeship with his father over 30 years ago. He also has a diploma of valuations, Is a registered designer with the BDAV and a member of the MBAV since 1979.
